Shipping: 

We do our best to select, pack and ship all items with great care. All standard 4 inch Funko POPs will ship in standard soft protector. All other sizes and variations will specify if they will include soft protectors in the product description. Please allow 1-2 business days after placing the order for us to deliver to the mail carrier you have selected.

If you receive an item not in the condition advertised please send us photos by e-mail to xplosivecollectibles@gmail.com All claims must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the product. Paint defects on figures/funko pops are out of our control and are not considered to be damaged/defective.
